Registration

• Fill up Mobile Payment Registration form available at our branch offices
• Once the registration process is completed at Branch office and the central office, customer will receive the confirmation of registration along with four digit pin (password) in customer’s mobile registered in the bank.
• Keep the four digit pin password safe and secure. This pin (password) is required for carrying out transaction from the mobile set. It is recommended that customer remember the four digit pin (password) and thereafter delete the message from the mobile set.

• Send SMS message to 5677

Example For Namaste prepaid mobile of Rs.510, type RCG 510 , for SKY mobile type RCG 510 CDMA and send SMS message to 5677. You can send message according to available recharge amounts such as Rs.205 , Rs.510 and Rs.1020.

• After the message is sent to 5677, the customer will receive an SMS with three character alpha code in his/her mobile.
• The customer then has to do the transaction by typing PAY <three character code> <four digit pin> and send the message to 5677.
• Customer will now receive two SMS messages

  First message containing transaction ID that has debited your account at RBB for the said amount

  Second message contains 13 digit recharge code for Namaste and 15 digits recharge code for Sky prepaid mobile which can be used for mobile recharge through the normal recharge procedure
