Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has operated online web based remittance system RBB Remit, whereby money can be sent to Nepal from Worldwide. Payments can be collected from more than 300  branch  offices  and  extension  counter  of  the  RBB.

Domestic Remittance:

Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has operated online web based remittance system RBB Remit, whereby domestic remittance can be sent and received through more than 300 branch offices and extension counter of RBBL. Cash transfer of below 1 Lakh rupees can be done through RBB Remit domestically. The remittance fee is nominal and the process is prompt and hassle free. Both Remittance sender and Receiver has to bring original Photo identification document issued by Nepalese Government or any other valid photo bearing document. The Sender would be given secret pin number which is prerequisite for receiver to receive money at any branch office or extension counter to receive the remittance. The facility is best suited for customer not having account with RBBL. The wide network of bank and its presence in remote areas is the strength of RBB Remit (Domestic).

 Other Agency Relation:

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited is sub-agent of 11 well-established remittance companies of Nepal. Pin based or cash pick up transaction of below mentioned remittance companies are paid by more than 300 branch offices and extension counter of RBBL in prompt and hassle free process.

Direct Account Deposit to RBBL Account via Remittance Companies:

RBBL customer can receive direct account deposit transaction to account maintained at any branches of RBBL directly without any physical presence at branch premises. Remitter must provide correct Account Number and Beneficiary Account name to remittance partner abroad to remove any hassle in the process. If receiver credential is correct, the amount is transferred directly by Nepalese Remittance Companies through digital payment channel to RBBL account. In case of any mismatch of receiver’s credential, the remittance is held by Remittance Companies as the digital system doesn’t support the fund transfer with wrong credential. in such case, the sender can always make an amendment with correct details with sending remittance partner.

Note: RBBL is providing the facility of the Remittance saving and Remittance fixed deposit account with 1% additional interest rate other than other deposit accounts. Customer can acquire and operate Mobile Banking application (Digital Sansar) and I-banking facility of RBBL from all over the world. RBBL Digital Sansar facility has minimal charges whereas I-banking facility is free at present.
